What wasn't working
Clusters sells customised products, so customers need to browse by recipient and occasion and feel confident about what they are ordering.
What we built
We organised the store into For Men, For Women, Gift Boxes, Customise Mugs and Special Occasion collections, with a clean search bar, wishlist, account area and free-delivery messaging across Pakistan.
